Amenities

Regatta Point Villas is a gated community that offers first class amenities to our owners and their guests.

Pools

Three breathtaking pools available to RPV owners and rental guests.

WATERGATE POOL

Watergate Pool is located right on Bolongo Bay Beach on the eastern edge of Coculus Point. This is a great pool for families with convenient access to the beach.

GARDEN POOLS

Garden Pool is located in the middle of the RPV property close to all units. With umbrellas and plenty of lounge chairs, Garden Pool is a serene place to catch some mid-day sun… or a nap.

SEACLIFF POOL

Newly restored Sea Cliff Pool is on the Southwest side of the property. The spectacular sunsets provide the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening dip.

Courts

Play basketball, pickleball, and tennis 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.

What's your game?

These well-maintained courts were recently renovated. Starting every morning you can hear balls bouncing amidst the chatter of friendly competition throughout the courtyard gardens.

Ambassador's Club

A private space for RPV owners to enjoy. This area is not available for renters.

RPV Clubhouse

Be an ambassador

RPV Ambassador’s club was created as an exclusive retreat for unit owners. It’s wonderful for large community events, but also a ideal for everyday lounging. We’ve also recently added a versatile fitness room for owners only.

Sunset Patio

Head up to the Ambassador’s Club rooftop and drink in a delicious sunset. A private space for the Owner community.

Security

Security means always feeling comfortable when you’re at RPV.

Peace of mind

Well-lit premises. Fenced perimeter. Secure gated entrance. Industrial backup generator. Live-in management. Engaged community. These all combine to give you the peace of mind that your family and your property will always be safe.

Landscaping

Natural landscaping harmonizing with humans and nature.

Garden Pathways

Our goal is to make the grounds at Regatta Point Villas as beautiful as any natural area you might find roaming around St. Thomas. We make every effort to plant and maintain indigenous shrubs, trees, flowers, and groundcover.
