Tips for a great stay.
We’re glad your St. Thomas sojourn brings you to Regatta Point Villas! We know you’ll love visiting as much as we love living here.
With that in mind, it’s helpful to understand our specific policies so you’ll have appropriate expectations for your stay.
RPV doesn’t handle rentals
All management services are facilitated directly by individual unit owners. We’re genuinely flattered you’re vacationing here, but our organization isn’t able to assist with your accommodations.
Minimum rental period
All rentals are for at least 5 days. But you’ll probably want to stay longer anyway and we hope you will.
Maximum guest limit
Studios : 3 guests | 1-Bedroom : 4 guests | 2-Bedroom : 6 guests
Rules for Visitors
No pets. Renters may not have pets within the unit or on property at any time.
Designated smoking areas are located at the north end of the property near the generator, and at the south end of the property in the parking lot at the end of buildings 7 & 8. No Smoking in common area(s), ie Pool area, walkways, and stairways. No smoking in limited common areas, ie balconies.
Do not hang any belongings from balconies or outside your unit.
Park in the designated parking space for the unit. Contact your unit’s owner for more information.
Use laundry and trash facilities in only your assigned area. Dumpsters on the property are not for RPV use.
No loud music, loud television, or louder-than-normal conversation is allowed at any time. Extended noise louder than 60 dBA, as measured outside a dwelling will be reported and subject to fines.
Visitors will not be given an Ambassador’s Club security keypass, and do not have access to any Ambassador’s Club facilities.
We want to thank you for understanding that RPV is a full-time home for many residents. We have jobs, families, and daily obligations like anyone. We genuinely appreciate your awareness of this as you enjoy your stay.
