We are a gated community located on the premier south side of St. Thomas overlooking the white sand beached of Bolongo Bay Beach Resort and the Caribbean Sea. The first phase of development was completed in 1973, and the second phase was completed the following year in 1974. Regatta Point Villas consists of 74 residential units in nine garden style buildings.
Many upgrades have been recently made to The Ambassador’s Club. All bathrooms have been completely remodeled as well as all new plumbing, electrical, lighting, vanities, fixtures and floor tiles have been installed.
Regatta Point is made up of 75 individual units. They are broken down between one-bedroom units, 2-bedroom units and 2-bedroom units with a loft.
Regatta Point is made up of 3 sections. Below Regatta Point is Sea Cliff Villas, a condo complex that shares a security gate with Regatta Point; and alongside Sea Cliff is a complex called Watergate East. Guests of all three sections are welcome to share pools as well as the tennis courts. In the courtyard at Regatta Point is a large pool and deck; down the path is the tennis court. There’s also a path that leads down to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, where you’ll find a long sandy beach for swimming, as well as a range of dining opportunities.

It is right on the beach, has its own pool, and great restaurants within walking distance - especially Iggies. It is off of the main roads so you really don't hear much except for the ocean waves.

The view was breathtaking. It's right next door to Iggys/Bolongo Beach, which was great for night time music, food and drinks. The pool was awesome! A deep pool and a 5ft pool. Both very big, and hardly anyone is there so it feels like your own pool, with great views.
